At Bairnsdale Regional Health Service, we’re starting work on our next Strategic Plan and we want to hear from the people we care for.
Great healthcare isn’t just about buildings or services, it’s about how people experience care when they need it most.
This is an important moment for our health service. This next Strategic Plan will set our direction through to 2030. It will help guide how we continue to improve services and respond to the needs of our community.
But a plan like this can’t be developed in isolation.
We want to understand what matters most to you. What are we doing well? Where can we do better? And what would make the biggest difference to your experience of care?
When it comes to strategic planning, community and stakeholder consultation is a key part of this process, so we really encourage our community across East Gippsland to share their views.
