Please note: Bairnsdale Community Dental Services has a Fail to Attend Policy that ensures clients/patients are aware of the importance to attend dental appointments. This is to ensure our resources are utilised optimally and waiting lists are kept as short as possible.

Should a client/patient miss an appointment without providing 24 hours notice on two occasions, they will be placed on the end of the wait list. This could potentially be a waiting period of 12 months or longer. Patients may submit in writing a reason for missed appointment which will be taken into consideration for continuation of general dental care.
