BRHS is celebrating each of its 392 employed nurses this Friday, May 12 as part of International Nurses Day.
A worldwide celebration of nurses and the work that that do, BRHS is providing a breakfast to say thank you.
Nurses at BRHS work in a range of fields from aged care, midwifery and the emergency department to palliative care, theatre, oncology and dialysis and community based nursing.
Their skills are broad and in any one day they can be called on for much more than just their clinical abilities, offering emotional support to families who are often in their darkest hours.
They work day and night to make sure the health needs of our local community are met.
