Do you have an issue with the way we’re caring for you? RAISE it with us!
BRHS’ RAISE program is designed to encourage our patients, or their loved ones, feel comfortable to raise any question or issue they might have about the care that we provide.
This innovative program is a three-step process that aims to keep the lines of communication open.
RAISE is supported by posters in all parts of the hospital, brochures that are given to every patient and a short video that appears any time a patient’s TV is switched on to alert patients and visitors about RAISE and make them more confident if they or a loved one has any concerns about their care.
We want to hear from you. Please feel free to ask any member of the BRHS team about the RAISE program, and please speak up if you have any worries about any aspect of your stay or your loved one’s stay with us.
