Feedback

Your feedback is important to us.

Bairnsdale Regional Health Service is committed to providing a consumer-focused health service.

We recognise the value of feedback from patients, clients, carers or visitors as a source of information to improve what we do. BRHS welcomes feedback from patients, families, carers and community members. Feedback can be provided in a number of ways:

For urgent concerns, clinical issues, formal complaints, privacy matters or matters requiring a direct response from BRHS, please use our internal feedback and complaints process by email to feedback@brhs.com.au.

Alternatively, you can download our Consumer Feedback Brochure below, which outlines our process for managing feedback and includes a feedback form that can be completed and submitted in person, via email or via post. The brochure also outlines other feedback channels available if you don’t want to speak to anyone at the hospital.

You can provide feedback directly to BRHS through our usual feedback and complaints process, or you can choose to share your story publicly through Care Opinion. Care Opinion is an independent website where people can share stories about health and care services. Stories may be about what went well, what could be improved, or how care made someone feel. BRHS can read and respond to stories shared about our services.

For general enquiries, information about BRHS services, visiting hours or any matter, please visit our contact page for more information here.
